To give and to receive are one in truth (Lesson 108 ACIM)

To give and receive is one in truth.
I receive only what I give.
This is true in all situations in my life.
I want to receive peace and love throughout this day-
so I will say to myself or aloud to all I meet: 


I give you peace and love
and I accept love and peace for myself.
